I've always wondered why QUALITY needed extra focus. Since starting in the world of "work" way back when, quality was always a big thing for me... well let me clarify that. Quality in terms of how Customer Service is delivered was a priority. I've always believed that service should always be A+. Failing that, no one should ever give less than B- service. C+ is just not good enough. Yes I've had days that I felt C+ was all I could give, but I generally tried to avoid work altogether on those days.
